Bibigo Kimchi & Pork Mandu Dumpling

Korean style dumplings featuring pork and kimchi flavour in 525g frozen packets from the top running Korean conglomerate CJ group. Bibigo’s dumplings are in fact ‘mandus’, a Korean stylized version of Chinese dumplings. The chewy outer layer is made using a batter of wheat flour, and the rich filling is made using a mixture of pork meat, kimchi mix, vegetable stuffing, soy contents, and other ingredients, making the entire mandu dish a tasty affair.
